Before Leadmetrics, our founders spent years running digital marketing operations for businesses across India and the Middle East. The work was endless — writing blog posts, managing social calendars, tracking keyword rankings, running ad campaigns, reporting to clients.
The problem wasn't that marketers were slow or unskilled. The problem was scale. One person can only do so much in a day. Agencies hit growth ceilings not because of strategy but because of execution capacity.
We asked ourselves: what if a marketing professional could direct 60+ AI specialists instead of doing the work themselves? What if the AI handled the execution — writing, publishing, optimising — while the human focused on strategy, approval, and client relationships?
That question became Leadmetrics. Not a tool to replace marketers, but a platform to multiply what they can achieve — with AI doing the execution and humans always in control.
Company Timeline
Leadmetrics was founded in Kochi and built an early prototype using GitHub Copilot. The initial vision: AI-assisted digital marketing for SMBs.
Secured seed funding of $120K from Upekkha Accelerator Fund, I LP — one of India's leading B2B SaaS accelerators. Validation that the market needed what we were building.
When agentic AI capabilities emerged, we saw the future clearly. We rebuilt the platform from the ground up around autonomous AI agents — 60+ specialists that could execute entire marketing workflows end-to-end.
Launched Leadmetrics Technologies L.L.C in Dubai to serve the fast-growing GCC market. First paying customers across India and UAE.
Expanded to Ireland and the USA through strategic partnerships. Onboarded 100+ businesses. Multi-portal architecture — Dashboard, DM Reviewer, and Admin — shipped.
